Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

- Developing, implementing and managing our social media strategy
- Constructing visual, written, and even video content for social media for our brand and services
- Managing our social accounts including but not limited to Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook etc.
- Increasing brand awareness and social reputation, which in turn should lead to growth
- Meme curation, repurposing, and production of original content around home improvements, home warranty and/or all things related to homes in general
- Discovering, reaching out (possibly automate outreach), engaging with key content creators aka influencers to help spread the word about Puls
- Building unique outreach templates, managing all influencer responses, as well as running negotiation on compensations, establishing contracts and following through on payments
- Identifying and measuring key KPIs and metrics to continuously challenging the status quo and improving performance
- Identifying new digital marketing opportunities and trends

Requirements

- 2-3 years experience managing social media accounts across many channels (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin,...)
- 2-3 years experience using social Media scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Publer, and more.
- Proficient image editing (Figma, Canva, etc) or ability to provide elaborate guidelines for the expected results
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- English – native level proficiency
- Online portfolio showing your work – will be requested
